Mascarpone bags

  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 1 pack Mini Lahmacun Hamuru
Instructions
  1. First, mix the mascarpone with the sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. Whip the cream until stiff and put it into the bowl. Place the mixture into the freezer for 1-2 hours.
  2. Then put the Öz Yufka tortillas in the oven for xy minutes at xy degrees. Then you need to cut the tortillas in half and roll them up. Allow them to cool a little and pour the cream into the rolls.
  3. Finally, dust everything for refinement with a little icing sugar. For decoration you can add peppermint leaves, blackberries and walnuts.
