Instructions
- Peel and dice the tomatoes. Cut the peppers in half and seed them. Peel and cut the onions into cubes.
- Put the minced meat in a bowl and add half of the parsley, the vegetables, the pepperoni cubes and spices and the Öz Kokusuz Cemen paste. Knead everything together well and salt the mixture.
- Heat the oven to 200°C, cover a baking tray with baking paper and dust a work surface with flour. Now roll out the finished dough on a floured work surface into a rectangle (approx. 35 x 20 cm). Place a tablespoon of the meat mass on each of the potential strips and sprinkle with cheese.
- Cut the dough into 1-2 cm wide strips with a pizza cutter or a very sharp knife. Fold in the strips from the bottom upwards, making sure that the cheese does not fall out.
- Now lift the folded dough pieces onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and turn in the dough. Brush the pizza sticks with olive oil and bake them in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for approx. 15 minutes until crispy.
