Ingredients
  • 1 pack Öz Lahmacun Hamuru
  • 1 tbsp spice paste Öz Kokusuz Cemen
  • 2 pc. tomatoes
  • 2 pcs. red onio
  • 2 pcs. long green peppers
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 bunch of parsley chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of cumin
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the tomatoes. Cut the peppers in half and seed them. Peel and cut the onions into cubes.
  2. Put the minced meat in a bowl and add half of the parsley, the vegetables, the pepperoni cubes and spices and the Öz Kokusuz Cemen paste. Knead everything together well and salt the mixture.
  3. Heat the oven to 200°C, cover a baking tray with baking paper and dust a work surface with flour. Now roll out the finished dough on a floured work surface into a rectangle (approx. 35 x 20 cm). Place a tablespoon of the meat mass on each of the potential strips and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Cut the dough into 1-2 cm wide strips with a pizza cutter or a very sharp knife. Fold in the strips from the bottom upwards, making sure that the cheese does not fall out.
  5. Now lift the folded dough pieces onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and turn in the dough. Brush the pizza sticks with olive oil and bake them in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for approx. 15 minutes until crispy.
