Mascarpone bags
Ingredients
  • 200ml sweet cream
  • 250g Mascarpone
  • 100g sugar
  • 100ml lemon juice
  • 1pack Mini Lahmacun Hamuru
Instructions
  1. First, mix the mascarpone with the sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. Whip the cream until stiff and put it into a bowl. Place the mixture into the freezer for 1-2 hours.
  2. Then put the Öz Yufka tortillas in the oven for 2-3 minutes at 180 degrees. Then you need to cut the tortillas in half and roll them up. Allow them to cool a little and pour the cream into the rolls.
  3. Finally, dust everything for refinement with a little icing sugar. For decoration you can add peppermint leaves, blackberries and walnuts.
