- 250 g Mascarpone
- 100 g sugar
- 100 ml lemon juice
- 1 pack Mini Lahmacun Hamuru

- First, mix the mascarpone with the sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. Whip the cream until stiff and put it into a bowl. Place the mixture into the freezer for 1-2 hours.
- Then put the Öz Yufka tortillas in the oven for 2-3 minutes at 180 degrees. Then you need to cut the tortillas in half and roll them up. Allow them to cool a little and pour the cream into the rolls.
- Finally, dust everything for refinement with a little icing sugar. For decoration you can add peppermint leaves, blackberries and walnuts.
