Tortilla Canellonis with Minced Beef

  • 1 pack Öz Dürüm Tortillas
  • 1 tbsp Öz Kokusuz Cemen according to preference
  • 1 x onion
  • 1 pc. garlic
  • 1/2 handful of parsley fresh
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1/2 cup sweet cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 3 tsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 0,2 ml milk
  • 1 can strained tomatoes
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

  • 1 tbsp Öz Kokusuz Cemen according to preference
  • 1 x onion
  • 1 pc. garlic

  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 3 tsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 0,2 ml milk
  • 1 can strained tomatoes
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
  1. First you have to prepare the filling. First, finely chop the onions, garlic and parsley. Then fry the minced meat, add the finely chopped herbs, cream and the Öz Kokusuz Cemen paste.
  2. Let it simmer for 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper and set aside to cool. Stir occasionally to keep the mixture smooth.
  3. Now you have to prepare the sauce. Sauté some flour in butter and add milk while stirring constantly. Add the strained tomatoes, some vegetable stock, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Let the sauce boil for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Next, fill the tortillas with the meat mass, roll them up and cover the bottom of a casserole dish with sauce. Now place the stuffed dough sheets on the bottom covered with sauce and pour the rest of the sauce over it. Cover everything with plenty of cheese and bake the Cannellonis in the oven at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
