Instructions
  1. Wash the chicken fillets and fry the fillets for about 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to season the meat. After the fillets are fried, let them cool down.
  2. Then wash the chives and cut them finely. Peel the garlic and squeeze it through a garlic press. Scrape off some of the lemon peel. Then mix mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic, chives and lemon peel and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Dice some toast into fine pieces and roast the cubes / croutons crispy in a pan. Then add dried salad herbs and let the cubes cool down.
  4. Wash the salad and cut it into strips. Cut the chicken meat in half lengthwise and slice it into thin slices. Then mix chicken, salad, croutons and grated Parmesan with about half of the garlic sauce.
  5. Cover the Öz Dürüm Tortillas with a tablespoon of garlic sauce and add some salad mixture (leave the edges free). Take hold of the wrap’s sides and roll them up. Then slice the finished wrap rolls at an angle.
