Instructions
  1. First cut the onions into small cubes and fry them in oil with the minced meat. Season everything with salt, pepper and the Öz Kokusuz Cemen paste. Then add the tomato paste and the strained tomatoes.
  2. Now make the bechamel sauce. Put butter in a pot and let it melt. Now add flour and stir it with the whisk. Add milk and bring to the boil. Stir constantly to avoid clumps. Season with nutmeg.
  3. Put some béchamel sauce into a casserole dish followed by the minced meat sauce. Put a layer of Yufka dough on top. Repeat this 3-4 times, depending on the size of the casserole dish. Finish with minced meat sauce and pour the cheese over the last layer. If desired, you can also add a layer of cheese in between. Put the lasagne in the oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.
