Put some béchamel sauce into a casserole dish followed by the minced meat sauce. Put a layer of Yufka dough on top. Repeat this 3-4 times, depending on the size of the casserole dish. Finish with minced meat sauce and pour the cheese over the last layer. If desired, you can also add a layer of cheese in between. Put the lasagne in the oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.
