Nachos with Mediterranean dip
  • 1pack Öz Dürüm Tortillas
  • 1tbsp Öz Karadeniz Acukasi
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 200g Creme fraiche
  • 1pinch of salt
  • 1pinch of pepper
  • 1sheet of kitchen paper
  1. First cut the tortillas into small triangles. Place them briefly in a pan filled with hot oil. Take them out and place the nachos on a piece of kitchen roll so that the excess oil is absorbed by the cloth.
  2. For the right dip, mix the cream cheese and the sour cream. Then add the Öz Kayseri Cemeni paste. However, be careful, the paste is relatively sharp, so add it in the desired quantity. Season with a little salt and pepper and stir until everything becomes creamy.
