Manti with Parmesan foam and vegetables
Ingredients
  • 1pack Öz Kayseri Manti Sade
  • 1pack mushrooms
  • 1x spring onions
  • 2tbsp oil
  • 1cup sweet cream
  • 1x egg yolk
  • 50g Parmesan cheesefinely grated
  • 1pinch of pepper
  • 1pinch of salt
  • 1handful of fresh basilfresh
Instructions
  1. First, slice both the mushrooms and the spring onions. Fry them in a frying pan heated with oil. Cook the manti according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Take care of the sauce while the manti are cooking. Put the cream, an egg yolk, some finely grated Parmesan cheese, pepper and salt in a bowl. Mix everything and puree with a hand blender to give the sauce a frothy consistency.
  3. Then mix the finished manti with the fried vegetables and add basil, planed parmesan and the foam.
