Manti Vegetable Soup
  • 1x potato
  • 2x carrots
  • 1x spring onion
  • 1pc. garlic
  • 2tbsp oil
  • 1tbsp vegetable broth
  1. First peel the potatoes and carrots, then cut them into small slices or cubes. Cut the spring onions into small slices and the garlic into fine cubes. Then pre-cook the potato pieces.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, add garlic, spring onions, carrots and steam. Then deglaze with broth and bring to the boil. Then add the potato pieces.
  3. Cook the manti in a second pan according to the instructions on the packet and then add them.
  4. Different vegetables can be used for the vegetable soup and also the quantity of vegetables is variable, depending on taste.
