First, cook the Manti according to the instructions on the packet. While the noodles are boiling, peel the garlic and onions and chop finely. Now take the pistachios and chop them roughly. Then you have to pluck parsley and basil leaves.
Put sour cream and herbs in a large bowl, mix the ingredients with 2 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the garlic, onions and pistachios for one minute. Then add everything to the other ingredients in the bowl and mix everything together. Then add the finished manti and stir again to finish.
