Dips for Cigar rolls
Ingredients
  • 250g chickpeascanned
  • 1pc. garlic clovesmore to your taste
  • 3tbsp yoghurt
  • 3tbsp Tahine Tahina sesame paste
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 1pinch of cumin
  • 1pinch of chilli powder
  • 1pinch of salt
  • 1pinch of pepper
  • 2pcs. avocado
  • 150g yoghurt
  • 1/2pcs. lemon juice
  • 1pinch of salt
  • 1pinch of pepper
  • 1pc. garlic clovesmore to your taste
Instructions
  1. Chickpeas dip: first, rinse the chickpeas and chop the garlic. Now puree both together with the yoghurt. Stir the sesame paste into the mixture and season with salt, pepper, cumin and lemon juice.
  2. Avocado dip: to start, remove the skin and seed from the avocado and remove the flesh from the skin. Sprinkle the avcocado with the lemon juice so that it does not turn brown and for the taste. Then you have to puree the avocado with the yoghurt and the pressed garlic and season with salt and pepper.
