Chickpeas dip: first, rinse the chickpeas and chop the garlic. Now puree both together with the yoghurt. Stir the sesame paste into the mixture and season with salt, pepper, cumin and lemon juice.
Avocado dip: to start, remove the skin and seed from the avocado and remove the flesh from the skin. Sprinkle the avcocado with the lemon juice so that it does not turn brown and for the taste. Then you have to puree the avocado with the yoghurt and the pressed garlic and season with salt and pepper.
