First prepare the Muska Böregi according to the packet insert.
For the orange chutney, you have to thinly peel an untreated orange and cut it into fine strips. Only the pulp is used of the remaining oranges. Cut it into small cubes. Also dice and wash the onion, core the chili and cut it into thin strips.
3. Heat a pan with oil and add the onions and chili strips and sauté . Put everything out with vinegar. Now mix the sugar and the orange cubes and add everything to the pan.
Let everything simmer until the liquid has almost completely evaporated. Stir in between until the mixture has become viscous.
Orange slices can be candied and placed on the finished chutney for decoration.
