Cheese noodles
  • 1pack Taze Kayseri Manti
  • 400 ml sweet cream
  • 200g Emmentalergrated
  • ½ bunch parsleychopped
  • 1 pc. onionin cubes
  • 1pinch of salt
  • 1pinch of pepper
  • butter
  1. First cut the onions into small cubes and chop the parsley. Fry the onions in some butter until translucent and deglaze with cream. Add the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Bring everything to a boil and then add half the cheese. Now boil the Taze Kayseri Manti in water and fold in the cooked noodles. Then mix everything well.
  3. Then put the mixture into a greased casserole dish and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over it. Bake the casserole at 200° C for approx. 20 minutes.
