  • 1/3head iceberg lettuce
  • 2x tomatoes

  • 1/2pc. aubergineoptional
  1. First you need to prepare the burger patty mixture. Chop onions into fine cubes and mix with minced beef, tomato paste, an egg and spices, salt, pepper and paste.
  2. If you want the burger patties to be a little spicier, you can also finely dice and mix in the jalapenos. Form burger patties from the mixture that match the size of the burger bun, and fry them in a pan.
  3. Peel the potatoes in parallel and cut them into even slices. Spread them on a baking tray, spread a mixture of oil, pepper, salt and paprika powder and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Place the burger buns in a clean, hot pan for a short time so that the buns become slightly crisp. Cover your burger with onions, cucumber, tomato, salad and all the ingredients you like on burgers. If you like it Mediterranean, you can fry fine zucchini or aubergine slices in oil and also put them on the burger.
  5. For an optimal taste experience, we recommend adding Öz Kokusuz Cemen paste to the burger. With its spicy aroma, it goes perfectly with a juicy burger. Just put it on the burger roll. If you like it hot, you can also use some Öz Kayseri Cemen paste.
